Hello gais,char kuey teow is a popular noodle dish in Malaysia, SIngapura, Brunei and Indonesia.

The ingredients is:
500 gram kuey teow
3 cloves chopped garlic
3 tablespoons cooking oil
300 gram prawns, shelled but leave the tails intact
150 gram cookles, scalded and shelled
150 gram bean sprouts
100 gram chives, cut into 3 cm lengths
Chili paste
2 eggs
Water
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon light soya sauce
Salt and peper
1 tablespoon chili paste dark soya sauce
