BINGSU

Bingsu or bingsoo is a very popular and elaborate snack/dessert in East Asia especially during the summer season. This snack is composed of ice shavings and various ingredients such as sweetened condensed milk, fruit syrups, various fruits such as strawberries, kiwifruit, and bananas, small pieces of tteok (rice cake), chewy jelly bits, and cereal flakes.

" Kambing Bakar "

I've always said that Lamb is the most overlooked meat on the market. This wonderful meat is the mainstay of some of the oldest cooking traditions on earth and now something people turn up a nose to without even trying. This is truly a shame. Lamb (and mutton) makes a great meal from Owensboro Mutton Barbecueto a leg of lamb to lamb chops to a rack of lamb. Trust me on this and try one of these great lamb recipes. ingredients of "Kambing Bakar"

1. 2 teaspoon minced garlic
2. teaspoon rosemary
3. teaspoon thyme leaves
4. dash cayenne pepper
5. teaspoon sea salt 
6. 1/4 cup lemon juice
7. tablespoon olive oil
8. lamb chop about 3/4- inch thick

The direction is Mix ingredients except for lamb in a bowl. Place the chop in a container to marinate. I use a zip lock bag. pour ingredients over chops, making sure both sides are well covered. let marinate overnight. The longer the better, but give them at least one hour. Lets, chops come to room temperature (approximately 20 minutes) before grilling. Discard marinade. Cook on bbq or under the broiler. For medium try about 3 1/2 minutes per side. I have also used venision chops with this recipe with great sucess.

2. 1/2 cup of evaporated milk
3. 1/2 cup of coconut milk

5. 1/2 a young coconut

Hello gais! Do you like chicken? Of course like, so I want to share about chicken chop. Chicken chop  is quickly becoming one of my new favourite food.The chicken is delicoius enough, but add the sauce make the food feel UMPHHHHH!!!!!!!

The ingredients is:
2 chicken thighs debore/and pounded to medium thickness
Flour for dusting
2 eggs
70 g breaderumbs
Oil for cooking
Marrinade
Soy sauce
Blackpepper
1 onion
50 g button mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken
2 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper
